With the happy blending of the old and new architectural trends, traditions and modernization, Dhaka has been expanding so fast since the independence of Bangladesh in 1971.
After breakfast at the hotel check-out and proceed to Bogra. En-route visit Shri Aparna Shaktipeeth Bhabanipur
Temple, Bhawanipur- is a religious place near Karatoyatat, situated around 28 km from Sherpur Upazila of Bogra District. Being a Shakti Peeth, Bhabanipur is a divine and historical place for Hindu pilgrims. Arrive at the hotel in the late evening and check-in. overnight at the hotel in Bogra.
After breakfast at the hotel long drive from Bogra to Satkhira. If time permit may visit Shrine of Lalon Shah -is located in Kushtia district of Khulna division close to Kushtia Railway Station. He had many qualities, a spiritual leader, mystic poet, reformer and composer of Baul songs. Arrive at Khulna and check-in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Satkhira.
Breakfast at the hotel and visit Yogeshwari Shakti Peeth Temple -is located in Ishwaripur village in shyamnagar upzilla of sathkhira district. According to the belief it is the place where palm of Mata Sati fell. Then drive towards Barisal. Arrive at the hotel and check-in. overnight at the hotel in Barisal.
After check-out from the hotel visit Maa Sugandha Devi Shaktipith Mandir and then long drive from Barisal to Comilla through Padma bridge (the pride of Bangladesh). Overnight at the hotel in Comilla.
On this day we will visit Chandranath Temple in Sitakunda, Chittagong. It’s 1100 ft upper than the mainland. Have to use the staircase to reach in. It is located on top of the 350 meters high Chandranath hill, is a famous Shakti Peeth located near Sitakunda in Bangladesh where, as per Hindu sacred texts, the right arm of Goddess Sati fell. Sitakunda Chandranath Temple is a holy place of pilgrimage. In the afternoon drive towards hotel and overnight at the hotel in Comilla.
Today check-out from the hotel and visit Baba Loknath Ashram, Sonargaon, Narayanganj. The festival called “Rakher Upobash” is held on every Saturday & Tuesday during the month of October 31st to 15th November every year in this Ashram. Later arrive at Dhaka and later on transfer to the airport for final departure.
